Some problems

:D yeah, for some reason when I went and updated my e-mail address, it locked my account. Took me a day and having the PW reset to get back in. Hopefully good now. Will check again later to see if I'm actually kept logged in.

Hmmm, place really does seem dead. BTIV - Like others, took some getting used to, wasn't bad though. One of the last updates though for it nerfed the one feature I used heavily during the later stages, thief ability to hide entire party. After update, a thief can only hide half the party. Was worth ...

The megamod is a collection of player created add-ons and official/non-official patches. The megamod bundles all of these together making it easier to patch and extend the game. Without the megamod, each add-on overwrites the others and potentially any official/non-official patches. The added quests...

picmake is a windows command line (CL) program. It'll need to be run in a command prompt window. There appears to be very little instruction on usage with the program, but a good usage thread here: http://forums.devilwhiskey.com/viewtopi ... ht=picmake

I agree it runs fine on W7. I've got it running on my laptop (w7-32) and my desktop (w7-64). No issues with either one.

One other thing that I've always done with older applications (especially games) under Vista and now Win 7 is to not install them in Program Files. Vista/Win7 consider Program Files to be protected, most older games tend to want to update files all the time in the installed folder and have issues. D...

Taking a Stab

There are a few people running around here. Not sure I can help much, since I'm fairly new here. Back a couple of years ago when I picked up the game, it seemed it was only available in a box (not downloadable) from this site: http://www.decklinsdomain.com/products.shtml . Not sure if it can be ship...

The paladin must (V)isit the redeemer in the temple to advance, while the monk (M)editates. Not the most intuitive without explanation.

I haven't, but it appears to be only usable by Barbarians with at least 17 strength.

Been lurking here for what seems like forever, usually don't have much to say. And yes, completed the game and all the mods I can find (bought the game a little more than a year ago). I probably should check out the Oracle more and will to see if it is easier to locate from the Oracles hint (still b...

I crafted the other item also. It is good for a Monk, also a Bard and a Ranger. Great mod, though it took me forever to find the entrance :D .

Thanks

Thanks. The one above is different than what came with the 2.01b patch file. The one above includes an Outland Warrior, and some moving of other monsters around along with differences to most attributes. Hopefully a new monsters.txt will be released if there are additional (new) monsters used by the...
