So I will no guess that it is somewhere in another mod. I'll work on that.

Stax

Thanks for your input.

To be more precise, and even it it sounds contradictory : only Garzz knows the password, and he'll never tell. So ask someONE else...

Hello.

Yup, I was beginning to think maybe you had the wrong version of the Megamod. Therefore I stand vindicated.

As for the password, you can't guess it; it will work only when you have found it in the game... And Garzz won't tell it to you :)

Level 31 and still no note!!! Any suggestions ? Strange! You could try creating a script to check the status of the "kssCrypt" flag (or script-give your party the FLAGTEST item and use it). The flag's value is supposed to be 0 if you've never seen the note, 21 if you've caught it. While y...

Thanks. Is there a key to activate the paper flying around, ie a quest that needs to be completed, like the cloak of the true hero? No; the quest is active from the start, but the occurences of the paper are random; once found and opened, the shop remains accessible; the special inventory is unlock...

More precisely, this mini-quest starts with a piece of paper flying around the town. Once you have it, quest for the shop outside Rennibister.

Hello Stax :

The Mana Gem and other uniques should be in the Shoppe's special inventory. Did you complete this mini-mod ?

When I dabbled with modding, I tried to find event codes for the missing shoppes, based on the ones of the implemented ones, with no result; I think the Elven and Dwarven shoppes were never implemented in the code... Too bad. (But you can build your own shop with a script, even though the interface ...

Yep. Dragon Wars is really excellent, while keeping the Bard's Tale feeling and having a skill system similar to Wasteland. Edit : yup, you assumed right (didn't even see the ambiguity... foolish me) Edit 2 : I think I'll play it again, with a brand new party (still have my old one, that got through...

Randol : there is a place in the modded game where you can get information; I'm sure you'd find what you seek there... But anyway, I'll type the message you missed below ------------------ SPOILER ALERT --------------------- "You spy the obnoxious piece of parchment, caught on a thorny bush.&qu...

You have to find the password, somewhere, somehow...

Edit: to be more precise, to the point of spoili-tude: if its paedia is truly encyclic, the local encyclopaedia should hold the answer you seek.

Hmmm; a quest log is a nice idea for a mod; perhaps one day I'll work on that.

But don't expect it soon; I'm busy with RL at the moment...
