I don't have a problem with how they handled Open Source, but I wasn't around before DW was released. There was a promise to eventually release the source code, given some decent sales. Looks like they didn't materialize, so the promise wasn't fulfilled. I'm hoping that piracy wasn't to blame, as I'...

If you made changes to the scripts or maps, especially flag values, then DW could be getting confused using the saved data for a party that first explored one version of a place and then came back to another. I'd do my error checking with the monsters disabled, then enable them and do a run through ...

Paladin SP Regeneration
It seems that the Paladin, as the only Wisdom-based spell-casting class, is being gypped out of the Spell Point regeneration bonus thingies that the Arcanists and Elementalists get. - No known items to regenerate SP available to a Paladin, right? Arcanists and Elementalists have the Mage Hood. - Tri...

I tried typing in a list 3 times before, and it got lost 3 times, but I'll give it another go. However, these mismatches were checked on my evaluation version, and may not be present in the 2.01 patch (which I FINALLY have :D ): Flute: - can play when it shouldn't: Branigan March, March of Bran Harp...

I finally got the current version from RenHall and installed it, and still have many of the same issues. For instance, one way to turn the music on when it isn't supposed to be is to save the game with no music playing, then have the Bard play something, then Load the saved game. Could be the Bard's...

Troy, an evil temple would be perfect for one dungeon in my mod. Spooky mad laughter, chanting of crowds of followers, and screams of sacrificial victims wouldn't be out of place. A request: Could you do a cellar or sewer type of environment with rat squeaks? They might even sound like bats too, if ...

I still have a Bard in my primary party, and find that Branigan March does seem to improve the hit rate of the non-bugged members of the party (i.e. Str<30) vs. the tougher monsters, even at level 50+. However, some of the other songs don't seem to be very useful, and I believe that the allowed inst...
