Stats on items

This isn't exactly a skill but I seem to recall being able to see the actual stats on weapons but I don't remember if there was a character class that was better at this or it was just lvl related or there wasn't any stats and I've been having funny Devil Whiskey dreams again

If I remember correctly, it depends entirely on the weapon. I know if you craft stuff, like short bows of the hunt or perfect long swords after you reach level 13, the stats are shown, but regular weapons don't list the stats.

I never quite figured out what the deal was re: seeing any 'additional' stats for items--whether it was item-based (as Chaney sez), level-based, or whether ya had a Rogue or Ranger in yer crew.. but this is what Every hard-core DW'er kneads more than mead!

Cool thx Growler and chaney. I had most of that written down from what I read in the arcanium last time but lost the paper. I'm not too sure I need this more than mead though

Chaney I've got to ask, are you the VP of America? Just curious about some of your policies lol.

Your ability to get stats from items definitely does improve once you hit level 13. I didn't mean to say that the item was the only factor for getting stats.

I can't believe all the nonsense posted about our beloved VP. maybe not your beloved, but I think we should be proud to have Cheney as our VP. and any of the ludicrous talk about how America is at fault for the destruction of the twin towers??!! that's just insane talk. Who's side are you people on??!! Sorry to bring up politics in our conversations here but come on! Support America and support the troops! George Bush is the strongest American president of our time. He does what he thinks is right and good for the American people. + I for one support him. I cringe at the thought that one day maybe Hillary might be our next president.

Well, that is the great thing about America. We can totally disagree about politics, and still find something in common. As an aside, I fully support the troops, just not their leader. What Fur-Butt and I were doing is fun banter. If it offended you, my apologies. I have no sensitivities about my politics, and often forget that others do. You have made your side of politics known, and I for one will step more carefully.

hey no big deal. the main thing is this ONE MAJOR FACT: We all love the "DEVIL WHISKEY"!

and that's why we're here. regardless of political affiliations or religious inclinations. we are all here because we love rpg's and especially the Devil Whiskey!

Very true about being able to have your own opinion about your political view about this country. You can think on your own without anyone having to tell you what to do.

In my mind, that is the greatest freedom! and the right to choose and have their own opinion is the right way to live.

Ahhh...but it's good that folks can back-burner politics occasionally to fall in line & play a great game together...holding hands.

Let's just try to keep open minds & ponder the physiks of the all 3 collapses and see where the raw evidence leads. Forget who-all may've been behind whatever..
