How does a Bard Learn add'l Songs?

Post by Growler »

Never having used a Bard until a few days ago, am having trouble figuring out how she learns new tunes--in addition to the basic 3 songs learned at the 2 'local' Bard Guilds?

She's only Level 7 now, so mebe she'll be able to pick up more by lev 13?
But the way the jokers at the local Bard Guilds describe it--it sounds like They don't know any more to teach her..?

Hints, anyone? :D

Look at the menu selections when you go in the bard's guild.

Thanks for your response, but here's what I get:

[T]rain with a Master Bard
[A]cquire a song for your repertoire

My Bard is trained up to Level 8 -far as she can go given her XP.

When I choose [A]cquire.. I get this:

"There are none in the guild who know songs you do not!"

Until you hit ur next major level-up(13), there won't be any new ones. It works the same as the mages
