Your Party

Just wondering about some of you guys' parties.

What level chars are they? How low is your ac? Any items you find especially cool (original items or mod items).

What is your favorite char? Favorite attack?

Just trying to pass some time...

Levs = mid-2-upper 30's

AC = -39 or -40? (then max'd out)

Items = PLS's (Perfect Long Swords) & ThunderHammer (once it was fixed)

Fav spell+attack = DUST or BLLI, then hack-whack-hack!

here's a party pic...

Here's a pic of my party.

Image

AC my highest is 37.... havin trouble gettin' my spell casters, redclaw, and psyknight a decent armor... Maybe if I find more protector rings that will lower it enough...

PLSs are pretty cool... I never did get the ThunderHammer working... Gonna have to see that when they clear up all this mess... I do love the various telekikesis skills... they seem to do awesome damage to large groups... I do like the instant death spells... but those cost a high amount of magic and it takes forever to kill large groups going one at a time like that..

I like my barb, warrior, and paladin for tanks and my psyknight for mass attacks... I still am not impressed with my redclaw... i am hoping that he opens up his attacks later on...

Perceptive people may figure out some interesting things about how I play DW from this image:

Of course, that's if the bandwidth limit of approximately 1.2 bytes hasn't been reached for the hour. :cry: :x
In other news, I'm interested in suggestions for a free webspace provider.

Miss QuickPaws is femto-quick & exceptionally near-omnipotently strong! :P

So is Levitra a chick?? (Proud Mary comes to mind)

Growler has been nice enough to rehost my party image at
http://www.notheresistor.com/315.html

They're all chicks, of one sort or another.

:oops: I thought Levitra was a cool-sounding name when I first saw it on one of those "don't quite come out and tell you what the product actually does" TV commercials. Sort of like the joke about the poor ghetto kid that finds a dollar, so he goes and buys a tampon at the store. When his friends ask why, he says "They say you can go horseback riding, swimming, and go to parties with this!" :wink:

Levitra conjurs some intriguing, if (not) relevant, anagrams:

Evil Rat
Vile Rat
Lair Vet(eran)
I Varlet
I Travel
(un)Ravel It

Levitra, when you wanna do things the hard way :twisted:

Hey HGamer what is your psyknight using to get that low ac?

Well, the PsyKnight has a 60 DX. The Ranger has a 28 DX, a full set of Rune gear plus a Ranger Cloak and Defender Ring. The Paladin has 38 ST & 22 DX. I don't know what bug caused some stats to get changed, and I think some of the AC is still due to a Bard song that never went away.

I have so many parties, I don't even know what I am using now (since I haven't played for a while)

I know I created 1 of each class/race, and made two different parties. I just kind of mixed and matched for a while. But usually, I like to carry a Paladin, Rogue, Arcanist, Elementalist, Warrior, Ranger/Psi Knight. If I am playing my BT mod, I obviously throw in a Bard for the 7th character, and leave the 8th open so I get some more XP. I usually don't waste time with summoning or letting monsters join.

How are folks liking their Psi-Knights? I've only tried one up to mid-teens & wasn't too impressed, but they sound really cool on paper. I just haven't seen the group damage that seemed to be suggested.

I could use a few more defender rings (and protector rings). Anybody remember which dungeon those were dropped at? If not I will go ahead and read a few of the map files and take a lookee...
