Various game errors

I have my bard at level 56. It says that he is a Spell Singer. The manual says he should be a Arcsinger. They have no listing for a spell singer at all. Has anyone else found errors of this nature

If I'm not mistaken, the skills progression doesn't match the manual for most classes (and some skills don't work properly).
Drinks, for it bes mine sap.
Eats, for it bes mine fruitsie.
Don't havers toucherings, for it bes mine asses.
