Couldn't save quick enough after a battle, where I received some awesome loot. Got into another battle, and was killed off.

..moment when I successfully crafted my very first Perfect Long Sword. 8)

..then later crafted my first ThunderHammer! (which proceeded Not to work due to an error in 'charges')
