Rosco's Respite
an original Bard tune for harp by Troy Sterling Nies www.troysterling.com
A sleepy little tune that you may use for your mods - I invisioned a tune that while in use during battle, would put your foes to sleep, or even charm them. During non-combat, it would heal your party slowly, or improve rate of healing.
If you use this in your mod, please give credit where credit is due, and please notify me so I can try out your mod!

Since the game uses (don't know if limited to?) .ogg format, you might make that your default here since you'd then have full control over the conversion specs?
