Well, if this inane chatter accomplished nothing else (which is a good bet), it has given me a little inspiration. I think I am going to take a look at my monsters file this weekend and see what happens.

Maybe we can get Jay Leno to start making "ork pudding" jokes next November & December, instead of fruitcake jokes. Personally, I think any fruitcake can be rendered edible by addition of rum. Just a question of how much rum.
What this has to do with the monsters file, I'm not sure.

I was thinking of calling or emailing Jay Leno to volunteer to "adopt" any unwanted fruitcakes for the holidays, but then the vision of thousands of them being dumped outside my door was too much... (shudder) I like them, just not enough to eat the same thing for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

I could build a large wooden catapult, and launch fruitcakes at unsuspecting forum vistors. That sounds like fun.

Hey, the Ratapult is a great invention. I am sure it can be modified to a Fruitcakeapult. I just have to figure out a way to get the fruitcakes to fly through the monitor.
