Back for another romp.

I see we have lost the old forum, never mind this takes its place.
I've been away for a while and am now ready to start again.
As normal I will be seriously modding the dungeon stats for more, oh so many more baddies, and oh so many more battles.
I will have a look for a couple of add-ons before I start and any patches I may not have.
I think I am looking forward to my new game again.
Maybe this time I will use characters I have not used before, a complete new party.
Something really odd maybe!!!
Any input guys?
Anyway, good to see you all still here.

Welcome back Stax. Gonna think about that party question there... Lots of combinations that would be real interesting to try, but none come to mind right now....

ok...how 'bout a crew consisting of:

All Bards (hardest job'll be to get 'em out of the taverns)
or
All Monks (rules R simple: no armor of any kind--literally butt-nekkid--& no weapons)
or
1 Female Hydro teaming up with 7 Male Barbarians
or
1 Elf Paladin along with 7 Half-Orc Rogues
or
1 Dwarf Male Monk hooking up with 2 Female Senrat Rogues
or
1 Female Saurian RC kickin' it with an assortment of Beggen Male Mages
...
mebe a poll for most outlandishly unnatural party?

Play with one (1) Half-Orc Hydromancer as the entire party, and never learn any more spells. "dood, Snow Ball is da b0mb!"

Just finished the Cloak Quest. Playing with 2 x PsK, both now level 62.
Did you know that with all "Telekinesis" spells you can only "appear" to kill 256 baddies at any one time. A real bummer as I have set the monster numbers in the cellers up to 4000 beasts!!!!
If some one tells me how to get an action screen shot onto this forum i will "print screen" and place it on here.

..hey, with 2 Psi-guys doing 250 a psychic-whipcrack, that's just 8 rounds for maximal Cellar duty--that's not too bad!

re: SCREENnot$HOT's:

once you have the image posted on a web-site, you can use the forum's

tag to 'cradle' the complete URL...if you don't have a webhoster, PM me & I'll host it.

after you 'print-screen' it, rec'd you convert the bitmap to jpeg, gif or png & then scale your image down to something less than 800x600 so image won't be so large fer displaying..
